We accept returns only within the timeframe and under the conditions outlined below.

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Item conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments
Damaged or altered items
If a returned item arrives damaged, used, altered, or in any condition different from its original state, no refund will be issued.
In such cases, the item may be sent back to the customer, with shipping costs covered by the customer.
